Return Policy

All Sales Are Final: All purchases made through Velane are final and non-refundable unless the product is defective.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.

All returns must include everything originally provided with the product, such as accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

Products returned with missing items, damaged components, or signs of misuse will void the return and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
