  • We currently ship to the US and select locations in Europe and Asia.

Order Processing + Ship Out Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • After your order is processed, we will ship within 7-10 business days for custom orders and 2-4 business days for regular stock items.

Shipping Times

  • Delivery times may vary based on factors such as carrier delays or extreme weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package’s progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Velane is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages lost in transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues.
